  • A quick response time to all messages, calls and communications. I will endeavour to always respond to communications within 1-2 working days.

  • A discussion and decision about appropriate payment timelines that suit your budget.

  • Accurate, comprehensive and clear information about all inclusions, policies and services.

  • Non-intrusive, respectful, subtle presence during weddings. I endeavour to be as imperceptible as possible, to keep your day yours.

  • The highest level of effort to understand your needs and creative vision, and to work closely with you to develop a video that best embodies them.

  • The highest quality standard of work influenced by experience in a diversity of creative and non-creative fields.

  • A quick turnaround of generally 2-5 weeks on delivering your final video(s), as agreed between us beforehand.

  • A commitment to reducing the ecological impact of myself, and my business.

  • The best possible compensatory offer, in the event of unexpected circumstances. I will never make promises I can’t keep! If I say it – it’s happening. Of course, there will always be unexpected circumstances that can occur despite planning. In this case, I will endeavour to let you know as soon as possible, and create a compensatory offer suiting your needs and the possibilities.

  • Encouragement and consideration of all feedback given throughout the process. And – for me to be extremely grateful for positive reviews!
